One free entry per separately mailed envelope. No mechanically reproduced or bulk submissions. Mail-in entries must be received before the promotion closes to be eligible, so entrants using the mail-in method should allow sufficient delivery time.

Ten different winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Once an entrant is selected as a winner, that entrant will be removed from subsequent prize drawings for this promotion.

General Giveaway & Sweepstakes Rules

These General Giveaway & Sweepstakes Official Rules (“General Rules”) apply to chance-based promotions sponsored by Come What Mae (“Sponsor”), unless a promotion states that separate rules apply. Each promotion will also include promotion-specific details (“Promotion Details”). The Promotion Details and these General Rules together form the rules for that promotion. If the Promotion Details conflict with these General Rules, the Promotion Details control to the extent permitted by law.

1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Details, promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Come What Mae and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Details

Each promotion may state its own promotion name, entry period or closing condition, available promotional products or quantities, number of winners, prizes, entry methods, entry limits, and other material terms. Entrants should review the Promotion Details before entering.

3. No Purchase Necessary / Free Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Every promotion will provide at least one free method of entry in its Promotion Details. The applicable free-entry instructions, limits, deadlines, and any required information will be stated with that promotion.

When a promotion offers a mail-in free-entry method, the entrant must follow the exact mailing instructions and applicable postmark and receipt deadlines stated in the Promotion Details. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise fail to comply with the stated requirements may be ineligible, subject to applicable law.

4. Promotional Purchases

Some promotions may be conducted in connection with the sale of designated Come What Mae products or services. Any purchase-related promotional entry opportunity, including which products qualify and how entries are allocated, will be described in the Promotion Details. A free method of entry will also be available as stated in the Promotion Details. No entrant is required to make a purchase as a condition of entering the promotion.

5. Entries

Entries must comply with the applicable Promotion Details and these General Rules. Entry limits, if any, will be stated in the Promotion Details. Automated entries, bots, scripts, fraudulent entries, attempts to manipulate a promotion, or entries submitted using false information may be disqualified. Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or compliance with the rules.

6. Odds of Winning

Unless otherwise stated, odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable promotion and the number of prizes available.

7. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Details, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for the applicable promotion. Sponsor may use a random-number generator, electronic prize wheel, or another impartial random-selection method. When a promotion specifies different winners for multiple prizes, a person selected as a winner may be removed from subsequent drawings for that promotion so that prizes are awarded to different winners.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners may be announced through Come What Mae’s website, social-media accounts, live broadcasts, groups, or other channels identified in the Promotion Details and may also be contacted directly using available contact information. A potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and comply with these rules before a prize is awarded. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, fails to respond as requested, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner where permitted by law. No legitimate winner will be required to pay a fee to claim a prize.

9. Prizes

The number and description of prizes will be identified in the Promotion Details. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless Sponsor expressly permits otherwise. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable, where permitted by law. Winners are responsible for taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of a prize.

10. Promotion Changes or Technical Problems

If fraud, technical failures, platform outages, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of a promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor will not use this provision to avoid awarding properly offered prizes.

11. Social Media Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions promoted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another social platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. Entrants release the applicable platform from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by law. Questions about a promotion should be directed to Come What Mae, not the social platform.

12. Privacy

Information submitted for a promotion may be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and maintain legally required records. Entering a promotion does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages where separate consent is required by law.

13. Publicity

Where permitted by law, Sponsor may announce a winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, or social-media handle in connection with announcing promotion results. Any additional use of a winner’s name, image, likeness, or testimonial will be subject to applicable law and any consent required.

15. Governing Requirements

All promotions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If a jurisdiction requires additional disclosures, restrictions, registration, bonding, or other requirements for a particular promotion, those requirements apply notwithstanding these General Rules.
