Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days! We know how excited you are to get your items into your hands. Anything marked PREORDER will not be the same turn around time. Please read the product description for detailed information on arrival/ship dates. 

Shipping for MARKET/Exclusive LIVES are 10-15 business days but can change due to current shipping inconsistencies as these are items that are not in stock and have to be shipped from the vendor. We will always note this on a live and on items if it's a "Vendor" or "Market Exclusive" live/item!

Please note: Holidays, and weekends are not business days. Our shipping team works hard to get all orders out on time, during sales please expect an extra day for shipping.

We do include Packing slips in almost all Orders! The packing slip will tell you what to expect in your package! Some things do ship separately. If you did NOT receive something that was marked to come on the packing slip (it will say fulfilled)
