- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original condition
All returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet hair)
- In original condition with all tags attached

We primarily ship our items through USPS to ensure you receive your items quickly and they are insured throughout the process. Items ordered after 2pm ET on Friday or items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be processed in the order they were received the following Monday.
