We offer store credit or refund to original form of payment for approved returns.
To be eligible:
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original condition
All returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet hair)
- In original condition with all tags attached

Business Shipping Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM ET, excluding national holidays.
We primarily ship orders through USPS so packages can move quickly and include tracking throughout the delivery process.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday in the order they were received.
Please keep in mind that some orders may ship separately if items are fulfilled from different locations.
