Return Policy

Hey bestie 💕 we totally get it — sometimes something just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! We’re here to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Please review the following return policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions for all returns.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer store credit or refund to original form of payment for approved returns.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet hair)

  • In original condition with all tags attached

Come What Mae reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Any rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Mystery items

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Food or edible items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • 🔒 Squish & Sensory Item Policy

    Squish and sensory items are designed for gentle use and may become damaged if over-handled, stretched, or squeezed excessively.

    These items are not intended for consumption. If punctured, contents may pose a health or safety risk if ingested or exposed to eyes, mouth, or open skin.

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or handled items, as they may pose a contamination risk and cannot be resold.

    All squish and sensory items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for review.

    By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Come What Mae does not provide prepaid return labels

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Come What Mae is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.


REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT & RESTOCKING FEE

  • Approved returns may be issued as store credit or refunded to the original form of payment

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds issued to the original form of payment

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Come What Mae reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a return will be issued as store credit or refunded to the original form of payment.


PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility.

Refunds or store credit will be issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved in accordance with this policy.


STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Come What Mae is not responsible for lost or unused store credit

Important Information

Orders must be picked up within 45 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” email.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and may be returned to inventory without a refund.
