At this time, Come What Mae does not offer subscription services, recurring billing, or automatic reorder programs.

All purchases made through our website are one-time transactions only.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to the fast processing of orders, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

  • If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible

  • Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped cannot be canceled


ORDER CHANGES

We are unable to guarantee changes to orders after they have been placed, including:

  • Item changes

  • Size changes

  • Shipping address updates

LIVE SALE CLAIMS

By claiming or purchasing an item during a live sale (including comments such as “MINE,” “SOLD,” invoice requests, or direct checkout), you are committing to purchase that item.

  • All live sale claims are considered final and binding

  • Orders placed through live sales are not eligible for cancellation

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and/or restriction from future purchasing


REFUNDS & RETURNS

UNAUTHORIZED RECURRING CHARGES

If you believe you have been charged for a subscription or recurring service through Come What Mae, please contact us immediately, as we do not offer or authorize any recurring billing services.
